Refund & Return Policy

We truly appreciate your support of our small business. Each item is handmade, custom printed, and carefully inspected prior to shipping. Please review our policies before purchasing.

Personalized & Custom Orders

All personalized, custom-colored, made-to-order, or custom-designed items are final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

This includes:

  • Custom names/text
  • Custom color selections
  • Special design requests
  • Modified sizing/configurations

Returns

Non-custom items may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused and in original condition
  • The item is returned in original packaging when possible
  • Buyer contacts us prior to returning the item

Buyer is responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs
  • Proper packaging to prevent damage during return transit

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging
  • Description of the issue

We will work with you to determine an appropriate resolution, which may include:

  • Replacement parts
  • Repair
  • Exchange
  • Store credit
  • Refund (when applicable)

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled.

Product Variations

Due to the nature of 3D printing and handmade production:

  • Minor cosmetic variations may occur
  • Layer lines, slight texture differences, and small imperfections are normal
  • Colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings and filament batches

These are not considered defects.

Heat & Use Disclaimer

Products should not be exposed to extreme heat, prolonged direct sunlight, or high-temperature environments for extended periods, as material warping or degradation may occur.

Liability

By purchasing and using our products, the buyer assumes responsibility for proper use, installation, supervision, and inspection of all items. Seller is not liable for misuse, improper handling, accidental damage, or pet-related incidents resulting from use of our products.
