All products are handmade and/or made-to-order. Due to the custom nature of many items, slight variations in color, finish, texture, sizing, and appearance may occur. We reserve the right to update product designs, materials, or listings at any time without notice.

Product Use

Our products are intended for lawful, supervised, and appropriate use only. Buyer assumes full responsibility for proper installation, handling, storage, supervision, and use of all products purchased.

Products sold by this shop are not indestructible and should be regularly inspected for wear, damage, or loose components prior to use.

Personalized & Custom Orders

Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled once production has begun.

This includes:

Custom names/text
Custom colors
Modified sizing
Specialty requests
Custom configurations

Shipping

Processing and shipping times may vary depending on order volume, customization requests, and material availability.

We are not responsible for:

Carrier delays
Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the buyer
Delays caused by weather or postal disruptions

Buyer is responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

Heat & Environmental Exposure

Many products are manufactured using 3D printed materials, including PETG. While PETG offers improved heat resistance, products should not be exposed to extreme heat, prolonged direct sunlight, or high-temperature environments for extended periods, as warping or material degradation may occur.

NFC Product Disclaimer

Products containing NFC technology require compatible devices and third-party applications for programming and use. We are not responsible for device compatibility, app functionality, cloud storage services, or user programming errors.

Limitation of Liability

By purchasing and/or using our products, buyer agrees that seller shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, misuse, pet-related incidents, equipment failure, indirect damages, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of any product sold.

All products are used at the buyer’s own risk.

Intellectual Property

All product designs, photos, descriptions, branding, and original content remain the property of this shop and may not be copied, reproduced, resold, or distributed without written permission.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, abusive behavior, policy violations, or product misuse concerns.
