Shipping Address

Buyers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses entered by the buyer
  • Packages delivered to the wrong address due to buyer error
  • Additional shipping costs caused by returned packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, buyer will be responsible for reshipment costs.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided once the order has shipped. Please allow carriers time to update tracking scans after shipment.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of:

  • The packaging
  • Shipping label
  • Damaged item(s)

Delivery times for international orders may vary significantly depending on customs processing and local carriers.

Combined Orders

Multiple items ordered together may ship in the same package when possible. Some larger or specialty items may ship separately.

Heat Disclaimer During Shipping

Certain products are manufactured using heat-sensitive materials, including PETG. While materials are selected for durability, we are not responsible for warping or damage caused by packages being left in extreme heat, direct sunlight, mailboxes, vehicles, or outdoor delivery areas after delivery.
