How quickly will my order ship?

Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Personalized or made-to-order items may require additional processing time.

How are scented products packaged?

Odor products are packaged in sealed glass containers and protective packaging to help preserve odor quality during transit.

We currently ship throughout the United States. If you're located outside the U.S., please contact us before ordering to discuss shipping options.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and destination.

How are products packaged?

We take great care in packaging every order to help ensure it arrives safely. Fragile items, scented products, and custom pieces receive additional protective packaging when needed.

What if my package arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can help resolve the issue.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Non-custom items may be eligible for return if unused and in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error.

Can I return personalized or custom-made products?

Because personalized and custom-made products are created specifically for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or contain a manufacturing defect.

Can scented products be returned?

Due to the nature of scent work products and essential oils, opened scented items cannot be returned.

Are your products suitable for everyday use?

Many of our products are designed for everyday training, travel, and competition. Please review individual product descriptions for recommended uses and care instructions.

Do you make products for specific kennel brands?

Many of our accessories are designed to fit popular kennel brands. Compatibility information is included on each product page whenever applicable.

Do you offer replacement parts?

For select products, replacement components may be available. Contact us if you need assistance.
What material are your products made from?

Our products are manufactured using materials selected for their intended purpose. Depending on the item, we may use PLA, PETG, TPU, or other specialty filaments.

Many kennel accessories and products exposed to higher temperatures are printed in PETG for improved durability and heat resistance.

Are 3D printed items perfect?

3D printing is a manufacturing process that builds objects layer by layer. Minor layer lines or small cosmetic variations are normal and do not affect the functionality of the product.

Can 3D printed products be left in hot vehicles?

While many of our products are printed using durable materials such as PETG, prolonged exposure to extreme heat or direct sunlight can still affect any plastic product over time. We recommend storing products in a cool, dry location whenever possible.

Can I request a specific color?

Absolutely! Many of our products are available in multiple colors. Available options are listed on each product page.
What is scent work?

Scent Work (also called Nosework®) is a dog sport that encourages dogs to locate specific target odors using their natural sense of smell. It is suitable for dogs of nearly every breed, age, and ability.

Are your scent work products beginner friendly?

Yes! Our Beginner Starter Kit includes a Quick Start Guide, and customers can also add our optional 12-page Beginner Training Guide for more in-depth instruction.

How are your pre-scented Q-Tips prepared?

Our pre-scented Q-Tips are prepared using premium essential oils while wearing nitrile gloves and using dedicated tools to help reduce cross-contamination.

AKC Preparation

  • 2 drops of essential oil are applied to one cotton swab.
  • The swab is stored in a sealed glass container and allowed to steep for at least 24 hours before use.

UKC Preparation

  • 1 drop of essential oil is applied per cotton swab.
  • UKC competition uses one half of a cotton swab as the odor source within each hide.

Each odor is handled and packaged separately to help maintain odor integrity.

Why are your Q-Tips stored in glass bottles?

Glass helps preserve odor and minimizes scent absorption compared to many plastics. We also include mylar storage bags with many of our odor products for convenient long-term storage.

Can I refill my own training aids?

Yes! Our Single Odor Training Kits and individual odor sets offer an optional 5 mL dropper bottle, allowing experienced handlers to prepare their own training aids.

Can I use one hide for multiple odors?

We recommend dedicating each hide to a single odor to help prevent cross-contamination and maintain consistent training.

Care & Maintenance

How should I clean my products?

Most 3D printed products can be cleaned with mild soap and warm water. Avoid harsh chemicals or prolonged exposure to high heat unless otherwise noted in the product description.

How should I store scent work supplies?

Store odor products tightly sealed in their glass containers or mylar bags in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight. Keep different target odors stored separately to minimize contamination.

Are your products dog toys?

Unless specifically stated otherwise, our products are intended as training or handling equipment and are not chew toys. Always supervise your dog during use.

Are essential oils safe for dogs?

Our scent work products use very small amounts of essential oil contained within cotton swabs inside training hides. Dogs should never ingest essential oils, scented swabs, or training aids.
