Orders
How long does it take to process my order?
Most orders are processed within 1–5 business days. During busy periods, new product launches, or large sales, processing times may be slightly longer.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order has not entered production or shipped, we'll do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations. Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
Do you accept custom orders?
Yes! We love bringing new ideas to life. If you're looking for a custom color, size, or design, send us a message and we'll let you know if it's possible.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information by email.
Do you ship internationally?
International shipping availability depends on your current shipping settings. If you don't see your country listed, feel free to contact us to discuss options.
My package says delivered, but I can't find it.
Please check around your property, with neighbors, or your local post office. If you still can't locate it after 48 hours, contact us and we'll help however we can.

What materials do you use?
Many of our products are 3D printed using high-quality PLA or PETG, depending on the application.
PLA offers excellent detail, rigidity, and is ideal for many training accessories.
PETG provides increased flexibility, durability, and heat resistance for products that need extra toughness.
Material selection is based on what works best for each specific product.
Are your products handmade?
Our products are designed, printed, and assembled in-house using 3D printing technology. Because of this process, minor layer lines or small cosmetic variations are normal and do not affect functionality.
Are your products suitable for outdoor use?
Some products are designed for outdoor use, while others perform best indoors. Please refer to the individual product description for recommendations.
Are your products chew-proof?
No. Our products are training equipment and accessories, not dog toys. Dogs should always be supervised, and products should be removed if your dog attempts to chew them.

Are your scent work products competition legal?
Our scent work accessories are designed to support training and trial use, but it's always the handler's responsibility to ensure compliance with the current rules of the organization hosting the event.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns?
Because many items are made to order or customized, returns may not be accepted unless the item arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing defect. Please contact us if you have an issue with your order.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We'll work with you to make it right.
